Who runs Flaredbase, and how to reach them.
Who runs the site
Flaredbase is a private side project, operated from the Netherlands. It is not a company: there is no legal entity, nothing is sold, nothing is advertised and there are no affiliate links. Dutch law applies, as the terms of use say.
The site is identified here by its name only. No personal name appears on it. That is a deliberate choice on a site about toys, and the addresses below are real, read and answered by the person who runs it. If the site ever takes money, this page gets a registered name and an address, because at that point it has to.
How to reach us
- hello@flaredbase.app for anything general, and for authorities who need a point of contact. English or Dutch.
- abuse@flaredbase.app for takedowns, illegal content and anything else that should come off the site. The takedown page says what to send.
- privacy@flaredbase.app for data protection requests and questions about the privacy page.
These three are the only addresses you can write to. Mail the site sends comes from noreply@flaredbase.app and is not read. Mail to the three is read by hand, so an answer takes days rather than minutes.
Where the site runs
The server is at OVH in France. Mail for the addresses above is hosted by Migadu, a Swiss company whose mail servers are at OVH in France. Confirmation and password reset mail and the encrypted backups go through Scaleway, in France. There is nobody else, and no data leaves the EU. The privacy page has the detail.
The other pages
